Amasya Bird Watching
Amasya Yedikuğular Bird Sanctuary is an area that has been declared a wildlife protection area and protected area. It is located on the Yedikır Dam. This dam has been established on Tersakan Stream for irrigation purposes and has an area of 800 hectares.
Fish species such as pike, carp and rudd are living in the lake, which is surrounded by pine trees. The bird paradise, located 4 km from the town of Suluova, is home to species such as swans, wild goose, angut, wild ducks and cormorants, apart from fish.
