Uludağ National Park
Uludag National Park was declared as a National Park in 1961. The area taken under protection in 1961 is 12,762 hectares. Later, the national park area was increased to 27,300 hectares. Transportation in the national park can be done by road, cable car and chairlift. There are many paths on the northern and southern slopes of the mountain, and transportation between valleys and hills is possible.
The areas of the national park that can be reached by road and cable car are a very small part of its total area. In addition, the section after the slopes extending from the second hotels area to the Wolfram Mine is accepted as the "Untouchable Nature Area".
