Aybastı Plateau
Aybastı is a charming district of the Black Sea where the natural beauties of the Black Sea are gathered together and the natural beauties of the Perşembe Plateau, which will be seen and admired for its immense beauty.

The registration procedures for the protection of Perşembe Plateau Meanders, which is unique in the geographical continent where we are located, as a world heritage are at the final stage. In 1991, it was declared a Tourism Center by the Decree of the Council of Ministers. It is located 17 kilometers from Aybastı District. Its altitude is around 1,500 meters. Highland festivals are organized every year in July. Various competitions, folklore performances, concerts, social and cultural activities, wrestling competitions, horse races, etc. are organized during the festivities. Most of the plateau road is asphalt and the rest is a stabilized road. It is ideal for relaxing, picnicking, safari, paragliding. At the same time, there are natural wonders, historical artifacts and areas with unique beauty. Kümbetler, Çiseli Waterfall, Karga Hill are examples of these.
The plateau, which also has a lake, offers its visitors the opportunity to do different activities such as canoeing, golf, baseball, trekking and paragliding.
