Beaver Plateau
Kunduz Mountain is located within the borders of Vezirköprü (Samsun) district, southwest of Samsun and west of Vezirköprü. Access to Kunduz Mountain is provided by a 51 km. asphalt road from Vezirköprü city center. Vezirköprü is 115 km. to Samsun, 20 km. to Havza, 40 km. to Merzifon, 60 km. to Durağan and 61 km. to Amasya by road.
Between Kunduz Mountain and Vezirköprü; three morphological units can be distinguished as basin floor, plateau areas and mountainous areas. The average elevation of the part of the mountain that is utilized for tourism purposes is between 1100-1500 m. The highest place of Kunduz Mountain is Keltepe with 1791 m.
The deer breeding farm, which is one of the rare farms where deer, the most elegant creatures of wild life, are produced in an environment identical to the natural structure, is in Kunduz Forests. You can watch many deer in their quiet, peaceful and natural environment.
