Bülbülan Plateau
The famous Bilbilan plateau, covered with dark oak and Yalnızçam mountains and bordering Ardahan, is one of the plateaus where the local people continue the tradition of transhumance. It is possible to reach from Ardanuç district to the east by 51 km. stabilized road or via Şavşat-Ardahan. A bazaar is organized every Saturday in the plateau. In this market, food and necessities are traded and a livestock exchange is established.
