Cilo Mountain
Cilo Mountain is the second highest mountain in Turkey. Cilo Mountain, which is a tectonic mountain whose summit is covered with snow and ice cover that does not melt for four seasons, forms the easternmost extension of the Southeast Taurus Mountains. It is located in the southeastern tip of Turkey, within the borders of Hakkari province. Cilo Mountain is the second highest peak of Turkey with an altitude of 4135 meters. Among the important high peaks of Cilo Mountain are Uludoruk, Suppa Durek, Kosedireği Mountain, Kisara Mountain, Maunseli Sivrisi and Gelyona Hill.
