Kel Hill
The sunrise can be fully observed from Kale Tepe, which is located at an altitude of 3 thousand 250 meters in the Bingöl Mountains in Karlıova district. Along with the Swiss Alps, Karlıova is the only place where the sunrise can be fully watched and offers a visual feast, especially between July and August.
