Kiraz Plateau
Kiraz Plateau is a plateau located 18 kilometers away from Maçka district of Trabzon province. Covering an area of 35 square kilometers, the plateau is 8 kilometers from the nearest administrative unit, Anayurt (Krénasa) neighborhood. It is used for animal husbandry between April and September every year. The Ayeser Festivities are held every year on the 3rd Friday of July in the plateau, which has an altitude of approximately 1,850 meters.
