Mount Bunyan

Although Nebiyan Mountain is referred to as “pointed” among the people and “bünyan mountain” in some sources, it has taken the general name of the region. It is one of the highest mountains of Samsun with a height of approximately 1240 meters. Although the fire watch tower at the top was used in ancient times, it is not used today. The region is famous for its water and is suitable for many nature sports.

Nebiyan forests are a place where endless beech trees intersect with the endless blue of the sky.

Beech forests, which have an important place for our country, welcome visitors with their light green color that turns yellow in spring and breathtaking red in autumn. It is impossible to come to Nebiyan and not be impressed by its clean air and crystal clear water. The clarity and purity of the famous Nebiyan water is due to the beech trees purifying the air and soil.
