Perşembe Plateau
In order to protect the Persembe Plateau Menderes, which is unique in our geographical continent, as a world heritage, the registration process is at the last stage. It is located 17 kilometers far from Aybastı District. Its altitude is around 1,500 meters. Plateau festivals are held every year in July such as various competitions, folklore shows, concerts, social and cultural events, wrestling competitions, horse races, etc. . Most of the plateau road is asphalt, the rest is stabilized road. It is ideal for getting tired, having a picnic, safari, paragliding. There are also natural wonders, historical artifacts and areas of unique beauty on the plateau. Kumbetler, Çiseli Waterfall, Karga Hill are examples of these.
