Pokut Sal Plateau
Located in the south of Çamlıhemşin district, between the valleys formed by the Fırtına and Hala streams, the plateau is located at an altitude of 2032 meters. Offering an ideal environment for trekking and resting, the plateaus have a unique civil architectural structure as well as rich biodiversity. Its foggy landscapes and authentic wooden houses offer fairy-tale views to the plateau. Accommodation is provided in the plateau houses that serve as pensions in the plateau.
Sal Plateau, 23 km away from Çamlıhemşin district, with an altitude of 2002 meters, is one of the must-see plateaus with its traditional wooden houses, authentic structure and scenery. In clear weather, it is possible to watch the Caucasus Mountains and the Black Sea from the plateau.
