Yatağan Kefe Plateau
Kefe Plateau is located on the asphalt road connecting some villages of Denizli Yatağan and Honaz District. There are larch, red pine and juniper trees on the plateau at an altitude of 1100 meters. Infrastructure and superstructures such as electricity, water, tents, picnic areas, toilets, showers, restaurants, markets, butchers and various sports fields have been completed by the municipality and have been serving domestic tourism since 2000.
Important events are held in Kefe Plateau in the first week of August every year. The highland's clean air and plenty of oxygen, its peace and quiet, and the social facilities that have been put into service, offer its visitors the opportunity to have a pleasant time.
Yatağan District has an important place in knife production. The town reinforces this tourism potential with the Bıçakçılık and Kefe Plateau Festivals, which it organizes every year in August.
