Abdullah Pasha Fountain

Abdullah Pasha Fountain is located at the eastern entrance of the Zagnos Pasha Tower. It is known that it was built by Trabzon Governor Haznedarzade Abdullah Pasha in 1844 in Taksim Square. The building was later moved to its present location.

The rectangular fountain was built in the Empire style. In the middle of the triangular pediment of the fountain, there is the tughra of Sultan Abdulmecid, broken branches on the sides of the tugra and a rosette on each side. There is a tree of life decoration around the nozzle. There is a water boat in front of the nozzle. In the middle of its mirror, there is a magnificent epitaph with four sections and nine lines.
