Akçakale

It is a region consisting of a small structure located on a rocky hill, dominating the whole region, located in the north of Akçakale Village and known as Akçakale, in Yozgat Kadışehri District. The building is in east-west direction, has a rectangular plan and has two rooms. The building, which was learned to be wooden before, was demolished and rebuilt. It consists of the entrance room and the main coffin room. In the northern corner of the completely reinforced concrete and flat roofed structure, there is a painted plaster and wooden covered sarcophagus, which is understood to have been repaired later.

It is a place visited by local people as Şeminel Gazi Tomb. It is thought to be one of the important alperen of Islam. In the northeast of the hill, there is a cave carved by human hands, reaching the underground water source and descending with stairs. From the pottery finds and wall remains found on the hill, it is estimated that it has been a military garrison or observation post since ancient times.
