Akdağmadeni Former Military Branch
Akdağmadeni Former Military Service; It has a rectangular plan and two floors. The ground floor is entered through the angular marble colonnaded portico. The upper floor of the portico forms the entrance balcony. Two round wooden columns support the wooden ceiling above the balcony. Between the columns are 3 arches and 2 stalactites made of thin wooden slats. The balcony façade has a triangular pediment. On the lower floor is the hall, which is entered through a simple door. Three rooms open into the hall. The room opposite the entrance has a fireplace. The upper floor door is flat, there are 2 round arched windows on the door, and a large window on each side of the door. The restoration of the former Military Service Office building has been completed and it is currently used as a Guest House by the Municipality of Akdağmadeni.
