Boğatepe Cheese Museum
Boğatepe, formerly Zavod, is approximately 1 hour away from Kars. This is the only village where the famous Kars Gruyere cheese is produced. This village, which the Swiss liken to the Alps, has an important place in cheese production. The first and only cheese museum in Turkey is located in Boğatepe.
