Bursa Migration History Museum

Bursa Museum of Migration History is a museum that was opened to visitors in 2014 by Bursa Metropolitan Municipality to examine and revive the migration history of the city.

It is on the second floor of Merinos Atatürk Congress and Culture Center in Merinos Park. It welcomes visitors free of charge. Approximately 60 thousand visitors are hosted in the museum.

In the museum, there are information about the historical process from the migration of Turks to Anatolia, the conquest of Bursa by the Ottomans, the Ottomans' homeland in the Balkans, and animations and objects related to the migration process from the Balkans, the Caucasus, the Crimea and its surroundings to back Anatolia. . Migration from the Balkans is depicted by train animations, from the Caucasus by cart and horse-drawn carriage, and from Crimea by ferry animations.

Most of the collections in the museum, which consists of 9 sections, were obtained from Şinasi Çelikkol.
