Bursa Tofaş Anatolian Cars Museum

Historical Museum / Turkiye, Marmara, Bursa

Bursa Tofaş Anatolian Cars Museum

It is a museum created by the restoration of an old silk factory in the Umurbey District between 1998 and 2002. In the museum, which is the first and only one in Turkey, built on an area of 17 thousand m², the story of the transition from the two-horse Bursa horse-drawn carriage to today's contemporary automobiles is told. In addition, after the restoration of the Umurbey Hamam, dated 1430, was completed with the financial support of the Koç Foundation, it was brought into the cultural life of Bursa as the Tofaş Art Gallery within the museum. Located in the large garden of the museum surrounded by greenery, Cafe Phaeton promises pleasant moments to its guests with its concept.
