Castle Mosque

It was built in 1580 by the vizier of Murad III, Sivas Governor Ali Beyoğlu Mahmud Pasha. Its square-planned dome with squinches has an external dodecagon drum and a hexagonal pulley on it. The main walls of the mosque and the pulley drum are made of cut stone and marble. Its mihrab and pulpit are decorated with muqarnas.
