Çerkes İsa Bey Tomb

Located in the Çayıralan district of Yozgat, this tomb belongs to Çerkez Bey, who was a timar owner in Bozok in 1542 and became Kırşehir Sanjak Bey in 1557-1558. From the sources XVI. It is learned that in the second half of the century, today's Çayıralan was Çerkez Bey's farm. The tomb, which is located in the southeast of the mosque and in the same courtyard, known as the Kümbetli Mosque, is an octagonal structure with an internal dome on a square base and a pointed cone on the outside. The iwan in front of this tomb is similar to the Shah Sultan Hatun Tomb. According to the inscription on the eastern wall of the iwan, the mausoleum was built in H.996 (1587-1588).
