District Governor (Lieutenant Colonel) Hasan Bey Martyrdom
This monument was built on the place where the Commander of the 6th Division and the 17th Regiment, District Governor (Lieutenant Colonel) Hasan Bey, was martyred while fighting against the French in the Battle of Kerevizdere on 11 July 1915. The real grave of Governor Hasan Bey is in the martyrdom located near Alçıtepe.
