Dur Yolcu (Stop Passenger) Silhouette
Dur Yolcu Monument is a monument located in Kilitbahir, a district of Çanakkale's Eceabat district. It was created with the initiative of a group of soldiers in 1960. The first lines of the poem "Bir Yolcuya" in the book Pebble Stones written by Necmettin Halil Onan were written by the soldiers on the hill in Kilitbahir. It was renovated by the Presidency of the Historic Site in 2019. The monument, which is one of the symbols of Çanakkale It attracts thousands of tourists every year.
