Dursun Fakih Mosque

It is Mescîdi Mahalle-i Dursun Fakih, which was built in the 1380s, and Tahir Pasha Mosque with its current name. Located in the south of Alaaddin Hill, this mosque was built by the son of Dursun Fakih, who played an important role in the establishment of the Manli State. The bottom of the temple was made of irregular stones, and the dome, skirt of the dome and drum of the dome were made of bricks. To the Qibla side; Two from the bottom, one from the top, three from the top, two in two rows to the right and left, and one window each from the right and left of the door to the narthex. The part up to the cube of the minaret in the right corner of the qibla side was built with regular cut stones and the top with bricks. Honor is simple. Hedesi shapes are engraved on the balcony balustrades made of Sille Stone. There are brick protrusions on the dome that will also serve as steps. The top is plastered with mud with straw. Three round domes rising on four marble columns cover the narthex. Their belts are white. Above and inside the first column on the right is an 8-line inscription in Greek. The capitals of the columns on the outer sides are plain and plain. A leaf relief is seen on each of the four sides of the two capitals in the middle. It is understood that these are remodeled from Byzantine pigeons.
