Dursun Fakıh, a Turkish scholar who witnessed the establishment of the Ottoman Empire, was born in Karaman and is a student of Sheikh Edebali. Dursun Fakih; He studied tafsir, hadith and fiqh. He is a Turkish scholar who witnessed the establishment of the Ottoman State. He married the daughter of Sheikh Edebali and became his son-in-law and a brother-in-law with Osman Gazi. After the conquest of Karacahisar on September 28, 1299, he read the Friday Sermon on behalf of Osman Gazi and led the Friday Prayer. Thus, he declared to the world that Osman Gazi was a free and fully independent Head of State, and also the independence of the Ottoman Empire. Dursun Fakıh, who passed the education of Edebali and worked as a judge, imam and orator, is one of the most important spiritual leaders in the establishment of the Ottoman Empire. Dursun Fakıh had the honor of being the first imam-hatibi and the first kadi of the Ottoman Empire. He has a work called 'Gazavetname'. He is a Turkish elder who serves for the formation of national unity and national cultural unity in Anatolia. He died in 1327. Hundreds of people visit the tomb in Küre Village of Söğüt District every day. The tomb, which was built on a hill with an altitude of 550 meters, dominates the environment.
