According to its inscription, the building was built in 1523/1524. The building is located in Gülbaharhatun Neighborhood, Kavak Square. There are two coffins in the tomb. It is known that one of these sarcophagi belongs to Emir Mehmet, who was the governor of Trabzon between 1523 and 1524, and the other belongs to Osman Baba, one of the sheikhs of Hatuncuk Lodge, who was buried here in 1877. The mausoleum was built in a masonry system with cut stone material. The octagonal planned structure is covered with a dome on an octagonal pulley. According to the old photographs of the building, in its original form, the octagonal drum does not exist today, and the dome rises as a pyramid. Eaves and dome skirts are grooved and stepped. The entrance of the building is located on the northwest façade. The entrance is through a low-arched opening in a pointed-arched niche. Above the entrance is the inscription written in four lines. There is a rectangular window with a pointed arch frame, iron balustrade and a single façade of the building. The window is wooden and double-winged. The interior is plastered with lime mortar flat plaster up to the level of the dome, and the interior is extremely plain.
