Ergene Bridge
Located in the Ulaş District of the Çorlu district of Tekirdağ, the Ulaş Bridge is 50 km from the city center. Transportation is provided via Tekirdağ-Lüleburgaz Road and D-565.
Today, only 5 arches of this historical bridge, which is located on the Ergene River, one of the extensions of the Meriç River, and which was made of cut stone in the Ottoman Period, are standing on the ground. This bridge, which provided the passage of the Ergene River at the time it was built, is not used today.
H.1262 is written on the bridge. This indicates that it was built in the mid-1800s according to the Gregorian calendar.
Although this stone arched bridge is not used today, it is worth seeing with its nostalgic appearance and historical atmosphere.
