Evliya Kasım Pasha Mosque

Evliya Kasımpaşa Mosque, one of the 15th century architectural works of Edirne, was built by Fatih Sultan Mehmet and II. It was built in 1479 by Evliya Kasım Pasha, who was the vizier and grand vizier of Beyazıt. Today, the Evliya Kasım Paşa Mosque, which is in an abandoned state and offers an interesting view with the flowers surrounding its exterior, is frequently visited with historical and cultural tours. Located in a beautiful location on the banks of the Tunca River, the mosque is also among the important stopping points for nature walks organized by the river.
