Evliya Mosque
The real name of the saint who lived between 963-1033 AD is Ali Bin Ahmed Cafer. He was born in the Harakan Village of Bistam Town in the Khorasan region of today's Iran. Ebul Hasan, who was born as a child of a poor family in 963 Gregorian, worked as a shepherd in Harakan Village at a young age and later engaged in farming. Ebul Hasan, who was also a freight carrier for caravans in his youth, was influenced by the mysticism of Beyazid-i Bestami, who lived in Horasan a century before him, and served as a tombmaster in the Bestami convent for a while. Ebul Hasan, who attained mysticism during this period, later became one of the greatest spiritual figures of his age.
