Former Public Education Center Building

The building, which has a square plan, has two floors and the corner stones of its outer surface, the door and window arches are made of smooth cut marble stone and the other parts are made of simple marble. There are two marble columns with octagonal and flat heads in front of the entrance door and a balcony with the same feature above the entrance. The entrance and balcony door are round arched, there are six round arched and iron windows on the lower and upper floors on the front. There is a round arched and stepped entrance door on the left side facade and a balcony door on the upper floor, but the balcony has been destroyed and there are only three balcony carriers. There are five round arched and iron windows on the lower floor and six on the upper floor.

There is a large niche on the upper floor, which is likely to be a balcony at the rear. There is a wooden door opening to the garden on the right side facade, and the windows carry the features of the other side facade, the roof is covered with tiles. Interior of the building: The large hall is entered through a stepped and iwan entrance. The floor of the hall was later poured concrete over stone. The ceiling is decorated with reliefs. Six doors open to the hall, and another door leads to a wooden staircase with handrails that leads to the upper floor.
