Gencaga Castle
The distance between Orduili and Ikizce district is 92 km. It is 30 km between İkizce and Ünye. Transportation is easily provided by asphalt road. It is located on a steep rock mass on the borders of Karlıtepe village of İkizce district. It has not suffered much damage. It was built in the 13th century during the Hacıemiroğulları Principality. It is a castle with a high possibility of observation. It has been declared as a 1st degree natural and archaeological site.
