Ginolu Castle

Settlement in Ginolu Castle, which is 5 kilometers away from the town center on the Black Sea coast, begins in the 5th century BC. Gaining importance during the Venetian and Genoese colonization, the castle, also called "Kinolis Castle", has two small ports named Ginolu and Black Sea on both sides. The blue of the Black Sea on the north and east of the castle, the uniquely beautiful Ginolu bay on the west, and the Ginolu Mahallesi on the south. Citizens living in this 14-house neighborhood located just behind the castle enjoy the view of the castle, the bay and the Black Sea.
