Grand Vizier Derviş Mehmet Pasha Library

Grand Vizier Derviş Mehmed Pasha Library was built in 1816 by the Grand Vizier of Burdur, Derviş Mehmet Pasha, one of the grand viziers of the Ottoman Empire. The building is one of the most elegant examples of Ottoman and Turkish library architecture. The library building, which was badly damaged in the earthquake in 1914, has been restored and opened to visitors today.
