Güdük Minaret
Stump Minaret was built by Alaeddin Eretna, the founder of Eretnaoğulları, for his eldest son Sheikh Hasanbeg, who died in 1347. It is located almost in the middle of the city and is in good condition today. The mausoleum, which is located on Atatürk Street in the Dikilitaş quarter, is also known as the Dabas Lodge, which is called by this name because of its shape that resembles a collapsed minaret.
The building consists of a cubic lower part made of cut stone and a cylindrical brick second part resting on it and is covered with a conical cone. The transition to the cylindrical part is provided by large Turkish triangles made of bricks. It is accepted by some scholars that there is a colonnade in each of the two corners of the south facade. There is no construction inscription other than the inscription written in six pieces on the rectangular sarcophagus in the middle of the tomb. The mausoleum, which has a special place in Anatolian architecture with its large Turkish triangle transitions, shows various differences from its counterparts. It is noteworthy that the dimensions of the door and window are equal to each other. Between the dead cellar at the bottom and the cubic section at the top, there is a row of moldings that surrounds the building. The cellar is not dark, but is illuminated by a small culvert.
