Hacı Kasım Fatih Turkish Bath

Fatih Hamam was restored in 1990 and made the most suitable for today's age. The biggest feature that distinguishes it from other baths is the presence of the shock pool system, which is applied after the bath pleasure in the bath. The reason for the application of the shock pool system is that it opens the capillaries in the body and helps to accelerate the blood circulation.

This structure, which is one of the 13th century Byzantine baths, was used for the same purpose after the conquest. In 1461, Fatih Sultan Mehmet II. He bathed in this bath when he conquered Trabzon. Even the basin in which it was washed is still preserved.

The one-sided bath, which does not have a section for men and women, was reserved for women on certain days of the week, as it is now. It is reached by passing the garden gate in the eastern part and by the northern entrance. The entrance is the dressing room. This place is covered with a polygonal roof fed by wooden pillars from below. The roof has windows to illuminate the interior. It is possible to pass to the other sections through a single door located in the east from the dressing room.

The coldness is kept small and is covered with vaults. There is a single dome above the hot part. Vaults feed the dome from the sides. There is a small navel stone on the floor of the warmth section. The bath has a private room and 7 basins. The furnace part is in the east direction, in the garden.
