Hıdırlık Mosque Tomb and Cemetery

Hıdırlık Mosque is located in Hıdırlık Mevkii. According to the legend, Hz. It was built by Hıdıroğlu Hayrettin in 1889 on the old mosque, which was built as a mark of respect for Suheybi Rumi, one of the Prophet's friends and servants. The authorities of Suheybi Rumi and Ubeyd (Ubid) Gazi, who were companions in the tomb inside the mosque; Kerebi Gazi's Office is located in the tomb located in the garden to the west of the mosque. These shrines of the Companions in the Hıdırlık Mosque are the most visited places in Çorum, especially during oil lamp nights, wedding ceremonies and circumcision ceremonies. Hıdrellez festivals are also held in the green area around this place.
