Historical Cağaloğlu Bath

Cağaloğlu Hamam, one of the biggest Turkish baths in Istanbul, is on the "Thousand Places to See Before You Die" list prepared by the New York Times Newspaper. Another feature of the bath, which was built during the reign of Mahmut the First, is that it was the last big bath built in the Ottoman period. Built with a Baroque style architecture, the bath has been standing for 3 centuries. There is a separate section for men and women.
