Historical Karacabey Bath
Karacabey Hamam is a historical bathhouse in the Altındağ district of Ankara, the capital of Turkey. Started in 1427 by Kazasker Celalettin Karacabey Ibn-i Abdullah as part of the Karacabey Mosque and complex, the bath was completed in 1440. The Hamamönü neighborhood takes its name from this bath and the bath, which was restored in 1988, is one of the two historical baths still in operation in Ankara.
