Historical Muratlı Bridge

The Historical Murat Bridge, which is a Seljuk structure, cannot be dated precisely. Its marble inscription dated 1871 is thought to be related to repairs. It is 143 meters long, 4.77 meters wide and 16-18 meters high and has 12 chambers. It is still used today.

A bridge was built for the first time in the region in the 13th century during the Seljuk Dynasty, but the date of construction of this bridge is not known. The bridge has been restored over time. Its current state is from its 1871 restoration. This building, which is still in active use, was illuminated in 2010. In 2020, parking arrangements were made around it. The bridge is located on the Muş-Bingöl Highway. It is located 12 km from the city center of Mus. It can be reached by minibus from the city.
