Historical Yıldızlı Han
Muş Yıldızlı Han is located on Demirciler Street in the center of Muş. In other words, it is located in the Upper Bazaar in the center of Muş. It can be easily reached on foot from the center of Mus.
It was built by Miralay Seyfi Bey in 1307. Yıldızlı Han is a two-storey building built on 613 square meters. The lower floor is made of cut stone and the upper floor is made of mud brick in accordance with the Seljuk architectural structure. During the period when it was used as an office building in history, there were depositories, jewelers, drapers, coppersmiths and silversmiths on the first floor. The second floor was working as a hotel and a total of 52 shops were serving on two floors. It was one of the colorful bazaars of Muş province, one of the first places visited by visitors to the city. However, when the city of Muş was occupied in 1916, this bazaar was looted and damaged.
