Kadem Pasha Hatun Tomb

According to the inscription on the upper floor entrance door of the tomb in Vanyolu District, it was built by the Grand Emir Rüstem Bey during the reign of the Karakoyunlu ruler Cihanşah, for Emir Yar Ali, Shah Mustafa, Shah Şevik, Shah Ali and their mother Kadem Paşa Hatun in 863 AH (1458 AD). The two-story dodecagonal tomb with a pyramidal spire was built with regular cut stone. It is in good condition today. The tomb is located on the side of the road at the exit of the Erciş district.
