Kale Central Mosque Location
Cevher Pasha Mosque, located in Tabae Ruins on the Denizli-Muğla highway, has a rectangular plan like other handwritten mosques, and its minaret is covered with cut stones. The mihrab is decorated with floral motifs, and the square and round wall panels are decorated with lettering and floral geometric patterns. The hipped roof of the mosque is covered with Marseille cream. It constitutes a good example of the 19th century wooden-supported, hand-decorated mosques of the Ottoman period.
