Karaköprü (Roman) Bridge
Also known as Karaköprü or Roman Bridge, it is located on Devegeçidi Stream. Although there is no inscription on the bridge showing the year of construction and by whom it was built, it is rumored that it was built by the Roman armies during the Indian expedition. Karasu Bridge, which is 94 meters long and 7 meters wide, consists of six eyes and has semicircular arches. It is built of basalt stone. The bridge is connected to the city by an ancient road. According to a rumor, the famous traveler Marco Polo passed through this bridge on his way to China.
