Karanlık Church

The Dark Church is dated to the late 11th and early 12th centuries. It was given this name because it received very little light from a small window in the narthex. For this reason, the colors of the frescoes in the church are quite vivid. Church and narthex, Bible and Hz. It has rich decorations, including the cycle of Jesus.

In the Dark Church, scenes from the Torah were processed, as in the Elmalı and Çarıklı churches.
