Kars Taşköprü
In the narrow strait separating the Kaleiçi District and the Sukapı District, in the part of the Kars Stream that flows into the Dere İçi District, in 1579 AD, the Ottoman Sultan III. The bridge, which was built by Lala Mustafa Pasha with three arches by order of Murat, was completely made of smooth cut basalt stone and then the bridge was rebuilt by Karahanoğlu Hacı Ebübekir in 1725.
