Kef Evi Mosque

Sheikh Mahmud Celebiyül Kefevi; He came to Sinop as a judge in 1575 and had this mosque built after he left his job. The building was later repaired by Governor Bekir Pasha in 1895. Verses and blessed words were engraved in the mosque after the 1920s. The tomb of Mahmud Çelebiyyül Kefevi, who died in 1581, is located in the burial ground in the garden on the south side of the mosque. The epitaph of the mosque is on the entrance gate on the west wall.
