Kıyıköy Castle
Kıyıköy Castle, which belongs to the Byzantine period, is one of the oldest historical buildings of the city, built in the 6th century during the Justinian period. The castle was repaired in the 9th and 10th centuries. The walls of the castle rise up to 6 meters. The last restoration work in the castle was carried out in 1991. The gate of the castle is the part that has survived to the present day.
