Located in Gazipaşa neighborhood, the work is a four-storey masonry structure placed on a large area. The mansion consisted of harem and selamlık sections. The most beautiful examples of Kütahya tiles are exhibited in the form of panels on the ground floor and rooms.
Between 1945-1963, the building was a monopoly office. Between 1963-1979, Fatih Education Institute was built, and since 17 September 1979 it was used as Trabzon Economic and Commercial Sciences Academy. continues.
