Orta İbrahim Pasha Mosque

It is located in the middle of Bartın bazaar. Its walls were made of block cut stone and the other sides were made of rubble stone and mortar.

There is an inscription on the upper right side of the door.

As it is understood from this inscription, the mosque was built by the Bosnian Governor İbrahim Pasha at an unknown date, it burned down in 1846 and was rebuilt by the people. It burned down again in 1897 and for the third time, it was started to be built by Major Necip Bey with the help of men and women in 1899. It was completed in 1901 and opened to worship.
