Pink Mansion
important historical landmark of Ankara, the Pink Mansion or İsmet İnönü House is an impressive mansion where İsmet İnönü, the 2nd President of the Republic of Turkey, spent 48 years. İsmet İnönü lived here until 1973, and then the Pink Mansion, one of the oldest buildings in Ankara, was turned into a museum.
In the Pink Villa, which has hosted many important concerts, meetings, cultural and artistic events throughout its long history, you can examine the billiard tables, weapons, uniforms, personal belongings of Atatürk and İsmet İnönü, and take a journey through history in the halls and rooms decorated with period furniture. You can visit the Pink Mansion, which is located on Şehit Ersan Street in the Çankaya district of Ankara, free of charge, every day of the week.
