Red Madrasa
The Red Madrasa was built on the ruins of the city walls. Inside the madrasah, there is also the family cemetery of the Emirs of Cizre, and the tomb of the scientist, poet and writer Sheikh Ahmet El-Cezeri. As a result of the construction inscription and foundation certificate of the building, the exact date of construction is not certain. Experts date the building to the first quarter of the 14th century.
